Oh my goodness, the flowers that you arranged for my mom's casket were so amazing and worth every penny. The passing of my Mom Mrs. Selena Tucker on Jan,27th,2022 The Tucker family would like to say Thank you to Rev. Yvonne Smith , Mr. Shawn te' Harvell, Mrs. Myra and the rest of the Smith Funeral Home Staff members for providing a very professional and caring service on Feb.19th 2022. From the very first call i made to Rev. Smith to meeting with Mr. Harvell they helped to make everything for this service less worrisome and comfortable for the reason why we where there. Very courteous limo driver that was at the house for pick up on time and was very thoughtful. I would also like to to say Thank you very much to Mrs Myra she gave us good guidance and ensured my sister Audrey and me that everything would be taken care of and it was. You all made my Mom look very Pretty. I had several calls from family that said The service we had for my Mom was very nicely done.

When I say they really took care of my mom, had her looking good. They also took very good care of me and my sister in our time of sorrow. From Shawn the manager, Myra at the front desk and the entire team, they took care of us as if we were their family. We just gave them the information and they handled all the arrangements which gave us time to grieve and focus on other family issues that needed to be handled. I 1000% recommended them to anyone who wants that special care for their loved ones. I can’t thank them enough for how they took care of us. God will truly bless each and every one of them. I want to thank every one from Smith Funeral Home, especially Ms. Myra. First we will say THANK YOU! Thank you for making the process of putting our Beloved mother to rest in the most beautiful way possible. We needed everything from music to a pastor and you all help provide those for us, as the task was difficult and you made it easier. A special Thank you to Ms Myra, whom I felt held my hand, was very patient and extremely understanding. She made me feel like I was the only person she had to deal with and I know she had a lot of people to deal with. Her mannerism was exceptional!!! And I really appreciate her for not only my mother’s going home celebration but for my aunt who passed away 2 months prior. I can’t say enough about Smith Funeral Home, but rest assured they will take care of you and your loved one’s as if they were their own!

The services provided by Smith Funeral Home were truly exceptional. I am filled with profound gratitude for the care, tenderness, and loving kindness with which they handled my beloved brother who was funeralized this week. Their care and attention to detail was on full display because my brother looked like himself, elegant and handsome. The support and professionalism we received from Ms. Myra, Shawn, and the Smith Funeral Home staff was beyond measure. The ambiance was warm and welcoming and the special unexpected touches, like the memorial backdrop that they made of my brother, captured the essence of who he was and, the worship music played by the organist and soloist who sang so beautifully was simply wonderful!
To witness the compassion, concern, and consideration Myra showed my sister and family, and the careful manner Shawn handled everything at the cemetery was unforgettable. Truly, their discreet attentiveness and love was notably felt and seen during our sorrowful and difficult time. It is these touching deeds that made a sad time easier to bear and for which I am forever grateful.

We use Smith Funeral for my brother who passed 2/9/21. The services that was provided went above and beyond. I highly recommend Smith Funeral. The staff took there time to make sure everything was perfect...and it was. From the surround soothing music in the beginning to the two piece combo with the soloist who sang so beautifully in the end was just the right amount of perfection. Seeing how good My brother looked was the icing on the cake. The services exceeded our expections. Everything was done professionally and with lots of care.
