Parris Hall was born on January 4, 1964 in the city of Plainfield, N.J, to the Inez Hall and William Edwards. She was educated in the Plainfield School System and graduated from Plainfield High School.
In 1983 Parris married Willie Hall of Plainfield, N.J. and they had a beautiful daughter Kassema.
As a young woman she was employed as a packer, shipper at the Henry Gordy Toy Factory in Plainfield, N.J.
In Parris’s forties her and her daughter Kassema relocated to Harrisburg, PA. Parris became a grandmother to three grandsons Jose, Willie and Terrence who she frequently cared for and helped her daughter and son-in-law raise. She deeply loved her grandsons as well as her nieces, nephews that she would often babysit for.
Parris leaves to cherish her loving memories her daughter Kassema Rodriques, son-in-law Jose Rodriquez, brothers Ronald Edwards, Abdbin S. Sakina-ID-Deen (Karen), Simeon Hall, Payton Hall (Chinwe), and Terrance Hall, sisters Joyce Lucas and Stephanie Hall-Scipo (Malik), grandsons Jose Rodriguez, Willie Rodriquez and Terrance Rodriquez, close friend Nyiesha Small and a host of loving aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews cousins and friends.
