Maxine Hill made her entrance into this world on January 29, 1940 in Forest City, NC born to the late Helen Hill. Maxine was educated in the Elizabeth NJ Public School System and graduated from Battin High School which is where she met her soulmate Robert Bulle Sr who attended neighboring high school for males, Jefferson High School. After falling in love during their high school courtship, they wed on December 26, 1959 as Maxine proudly became Mrs. Robert Bulle Sr. Shortly thereafter, they welcomed their first child Tracey Elizabeth and three years later their second child, Robert Bulle Jr.
Maxine began her over 30 years of employment at Thomas & Betts Co. located in Elizabeth, NJ, as a machine operator before retiring in 1994. She worked for a short while at Lucent Technologies and then part time at Dress Barn before she completely retired to pursue her impassioned career as "Mom Mom," the permanent "on call, at a moment’s notice" fill in back up babysitter for her granddaughter Rhandi. This is how, when, and why their intimate bond grew ever so deeply. Their relationship extended beyond grandma grandchild; they have truly been BFFs over the past twenty years. Prior to becoming mom mom, Maxine was a devoted and adoring mommy of her two children Tracey and Bob Jr. She was an exceptional mom who, along with her husband, took pride in providing Tracey and Bob Jr. with their EVERY and ALL! Yet even before becoming mommy, Maxine was the invaluable Keepsake of her life's LOVE and husband of 45 years. They shared a bond that not even death could extinguish! Maxine was an extremely quiet, soft spoken, reserved, and mild-mannered person. She possessed poise, passion, compassion, caring, empathy, generosity, genuineness, and sincerity. Above all, Maxine venerated her Christ, cherished her family, and valued her friends.
Maxine was predeceased by her husband, Robert Bulle Sr., her mother, Helen Hill, her brother, Wilbert Hill, and her mother-in-law, Mary Coakley.
She leaves to cherish her priceless and precious memory, her devoted daughter Tracey Bulle-Jackson (Kevin), her beloved son, Robert Bulle Jr., the sunshine of her life, her granddaughter Rhandi Jackson, her endeared nieces and nephews, her loving cousins, and her cherished friends. From all who were God Graced to have been touched by your presence in their lives, we THANK YOU for being the indelible keepsake that we shall forever behold! REST IN PEACE... BEYOND THE RIVER!
