Gwendolyn Franklin

Gwendolyn (Winnie) Franklin departed this life on April 12, 2025. She was born on August 14, 1939, and attended Eastside Battin High School. Gwendolyn retired from Schering (Merck) Corp in Kenilworth, NJ. She was the daughter of the late Rudolph and Leona Franklin, and the sister of the late Phyllis Jackson-Overton and the late Dennis Franklin. She is survived by her brother, Lloyd Franklin. Gwendolyn leaves cherished memories with her three children: Donna Murchison, Willis Timmons Jr., and the late Debra Timmons. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren, and a host of beloved relatives and dear friends.
