Geraldine Accor

Born Feb 6, 1938 to the late Geraldine Flack-Whitworth and Robert J Whitworth of Shelby, NC she excepted Christ at an early age while attending Grade School Camp High School in Earl, NC. Moved to New Jersey December 1954 at the age of 16

Started work age 17 at Maiden Form doing house work and attended night school at Dickinson High School Jersey City, NJ. She graduated from Dickinson High School in 1958.

She was reunited with her late High School sweetheart Norris Zed Accor of Shelby, NC. and married into holy matrimony in May of 1958. This union produced 2 children Anthony Accor of Ashville,NC and Miranda Accor of Jersey City, NJ  2 Grandchildren Tiffany Y Accor of Irvington, NJ and Taylor M Accor of Jersey City, NJ and an additional Granddaughter Darlene Bradley-Epps of Irvington, NJ 2 additional great grand kids Kearrah Nelson of Newark, NJ & Keon Lawrence Jr. of Union, NJ 3 best friends Elizabeth March of Jersey City, NJ , the late Betty Stevens of Jersey City, NJ  & Josephine Thomas of Jersey City, NJ

She proceeds in death 6 sisters (Betty Davis of Jersey City,NJ  Ellean Gullatte Shelby,NC  Ruth Flack , Laggee Blair, Margare Jenkins, Minnie Hewitt, ) and 4 brothers ( Robert Whitworth Jr, Winford Whitworth, Ray T Whitworth, & James B Whitworth West Palm Beach,Fl )

Work History: Worked at a sweater factory, Bank of Montreal for 27 years, Visiting Homemakers of Hudson County for 18 years until she retired.
