Edith A Vickers

Edith A. Vickers the only child for Edna Williams was born on September 19, 1929 in Westmoreland, Jamaica– she transited to a better place on September 6. 2020 in Roselle, New Jersey.  She was the Head teacher of Stirling Basic School for over 50 years.

Miss Edith as she was popularly known was an avid cyclist, she loved and only drank Pepsi, she spent several hours daily doing “Find-the Word Puzzles”.

Edith leaves behind 1 daughter-Coralee; 3 grandchildren- Raquel, Recardo and Karina (Kim); 5 great grandchildren- Rajiv, Shaun, Tafari, Rhia and Jonathan.

She joins in Heaven: mother, adopted mother and son, sisters, brothers and other family members.
