Dolores Lewis

It is with great sadness that the family of Dolores “Lori” (Pisarczyk) Lewis announces her passing from complications of a heart attack, on Sunday, May 6, 2018, at the age of 52. Lori will be forever remembered by her dear children, Melissa, Timothy, Kimberly and Paul, her partner Al, and by her siblings, Charles, Sandra and Michael. Lori will also be lovingly remembered by her nieces, nephews, extended family and dear friends. Lori is the daughter of the late Joan O’Brien (Orcutt). A celebration of Lori’s life will be held on Wednesday, May 9, from 2:00pm to 4:00pm, at the Smith Funeral Home located at 455 N. Broad Street in Elizabeth.
