Bennie Davis

Bennie Lee Davis was born December 6,1935 to the late Nathaniel Davis and Magnolia Youngblood in Washington County, Georgia. He was educated in the Washington County Public School System but had to leave school in the fifth grade to help support the household, and go to work in the fields plowing with the mule. He was employed by the Elizabethtown Gas Company and US Metal Company in Carteret, NJ, and retired from Tire Services in 1977.

He was survived by four children Norman(Pansy), Patricia, Carlotta(Tyshan), and Veris; Six grandchildfren, Natasha(Travis) Gomez, Ricky Jr., Alexis Funderberk. Maurice, Malcolm and Aaliyah Davis; Sister, Grace Davis and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
